Kind words from a Mother of a Bride…

I just wanted to share with you some accolades that the store recently received from one of our recent bride’s mother.  We strive to make every bride feel special and am glad when the mothers can relax knowing their daughters are in good hands.

Hi Timiry,

Now that the dust has settled and Jen and Alan’s wedding is behind us, I just had to write to thank you for all you, Kris and Julia did as we’ve worked with you over the past months. First of all, Jen looked stunningly beautiful in her gown.

When we came to you in October, we had already been out on at least 9 shopping excursions looking for that “perfect” dress that was just meant for her. The pressure, prices and poor service we had experienced to that point had worn us down. By the time we reached your doors, dress shopping had become a huge stressor and we were not having fun anymore. My daughter was so discouraged and was feeling like she’d never find her dress.

I’m so glad that I did one last web search and found Dora Grace and you! From the minute we walked in your salon, I knew we were going to have a much different experience than we had found in most of the other shops we’d visited. That October day, you took the stress out of shopping for the “perfect” dress and put the FUN back in! We appreciated the time and care you took with us that day and every visit since. Working with all of you was such a pleasure and we have looked forward to every visit as we worked through our fittings with Diane, ordering tuxes and bridesmaids dresses. I’m only sorry that I’ve run out of daughters now, but I always sing your praises when I talk to other mothers of brides or brides themselves.

Thank you again for being such a pleasure to work with these past 8 months, for always extending a warm welcome and for making my daughter’s dress shopping experience fun again. We did indeed find her “perfect” dress at Dora Grace and I know she felt as beautiful as she looked on her wedding day.

Sincerely,

Ro Jones
